Caminar del este al oeste en nuestro suelo es
sentirse invitado a un ascenso paulatino. Tramo a tramo seguimos el camino del
sol hasta verlo esconderse allende Los Andes.
Templar
el espíritu para el viaje fatigoso, que resulta de una vida que comienza y que
está destinada a la evolución de objetivos plenos.
Peregrinos
iluminados en la intención de moderar los apetitos y el abuso de los sentidos,
sujetándolos a la razón. Así el camino se transita no sólo con el propósito de
mirar viendo sino, también, de lograr el crecimiento de las capacidades
recibidas, tratando de alcanzar el dominio de nosotros mismos, y
equilibrándonos paso a paso. No importa tener que detenerse; tampoco
retroceder, si dichas actitudes nos permiten llegar a lo que estamos llamados a
ser.
To
walk on our land, from east to west, is to feel an invitation to a slow ascent.
We follow the way of the sun, step by step, until we see it hiding behind the Andes.
To
temper the spirit for the exhausting journey, which is the result of a
beginning life destined to the evolution of upright goals.
Pilgrims
guided by the intention to moderate the appetite and the abuse of the senses, by
holding them to the mind. And so the purpose of the journey is not just to look
seeing, but to achieve the growth of the talents we have been given, trying to
reach, step by step, the balance and the control of ourselves. It does not matter
if we have to stop; neither if we have to go backwards, if such attitudes lead
us towards our real being
